V&A pre wedding photoshoot

Let me start with my favourite!

Blurry waterfall fountains as couple kiss in between

I don’t usually talk about the technical parts of photography, but this blew my mind! Normally for this kind of photograph you need a tripod. I took this photograph on a canon r6ii with the rf 24-70. It’s 1/5th of a second long and they are sharp! This let me blur the fountains without spoiling the energy of the shoot pulling out a tripod. Amazing what cameras can do now.

I was in the worst mood arriving for this shoot. It’s part of the job to put on a brave face when you don’t feel good. I was pretty out of steam but preparing myself to be excitable and fun. I felt quite unwell after a double header of big weddings, a broken car and general wedding season exhaustion. When I saw Chloe’s red dress I was in the best mood ever. And it only got better from when we said hello. These guys were so up for it. If you can have fun - it will have positive energy sewn into the pixels.
